We have been undertaking the technical studies required for our application and discussing these with the relevant authorities.

• We are examining the landscape views to ensure that we have adequate screening.
• We are designing a sustainable drainage scheme for the site.
• We have undertaken ecology and contamination studies.
• We are investigating archaeology and discussing the relationship with Wrest Park.
• We are undertaking parking and traffic studies and discussing highways with the Council

We believe that we have all the technical feedback that we need to refine our scheme subject to any comments that we receive from this consultation.

The SIlsoe Neighbourhood Plan and Village Design Statement will be used as a guide as we produce a more detailed design of the scheme.
