There are 153 specially designed apartments in 5 buildings and 12 houses with parking for residents and visitors.

Each apartment has its own balcony overlooking a garden, every apartment building has its own courtyard garden and every house has a private garden.

The main apartment buildings have a central entrance with generous communal space on each floor with views across the gardens where residents and visitors can socialise as and when they choose.

The community hub incorporates a reception fitness centre, café and restaurant, local produce shop/market, beauty salon and wellbeing facilities. Arrangements will be made for use by local people.
