Welcome to our website that explains our proposal for a new Retirement Community in Silsoe.

We are consulting local people before making a planning application.

The  Council’s new Local Plan  identifies a lack of suitable accommodation for older people in the local area. Our scheme would help meet this need next to the existing retirement accommodation provided at Taymer Nursing Home.

Taymer Park would provide Extra Care accommodation for local people over 55 to live an active retirement in their community with care on hand when needed.
